ALPHA WAVE STUDIOS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposit & Payment Requirement:

 

Deposit 50% - Balance Due 48 hours before booked session - Any additional balance due in full no later than the completion of the session • 

 

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and can be used towards your session that you book or for a session in the future. If you cancel within the proper guidelines stated below you may use your payment and/or deposit for a future session.  Late payments will incur late fees.

 

2. Video Shoot/Showcase Cancellations And/Or Changes Policy: One Weeks Notice Is Required For Every Event Booked.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL WITH PROPER NOTICE YOU OWE FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. 

 

3. Rehearsal Cancelations: 3 Days Notice Required. 

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL WITH PROPER NOTICE YOU OWE FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

 

8. Clients Are Required To Check And Read Their Confirmation Emails And Inform Us Of Any Discrepancies Immediately.

 

9. Any Repairs Or Replacement Of Equipment Damaged Due To Client Negligence Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Client.

 

10. Additional Charges May Apply For The Following: • Tampering Or Changing Sound System Settings • Trash Left In Rooms • Gear Moved Around • Other Issues That May Arise Determined By The Studio

 

11. All Studios Are Pre-Set For All Sessions. If Clients Move Any Gear (Including Drum Hardware And Cymbals) It Must Be Returned To Original Set Up Or Charges Will Be Incurred.
 

12. Unauthorized Removal Of AWS Property Will Be Prosecuted To The Full Extent Of The Law.

 

13. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE On Premises outside of designated smoking areas (Out front or back)

 

14. Customer understands that AWS will provide the equipment listed for each individual session (unless stated otherwise) Customer understands that equipment within the studio may need repair and AWS will substitute broken equipment with something similar.

 

15. AWS is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

 

16. AWS is not responsible for any property broken on or off Studio premises.  

 

17. AWS is not responsible or liable for any injuries that may take place or occur at/on AWS premises.

 

18. The customer acknowledges that any rooms accessed or used during the event or session are subject to the full rental fee for those spaces.
